Shipping

Every KUADRO piece is printed when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2–5 business days; shipping time is added on top and shown at checkout. You'll get tracking the moment it ships.

Returns

Wrong item, damaged print, or defect? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included — no need to send anything back.

Different size or changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed; return shipping is on you, and we refund the full garment price — no restocking fee. One size exchange per order.
