Refund policy

The 30-day window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or a size exchange. Write to hello@kuadro-studio.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Condition

Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition — no stains, no odors, no alterations. Every KUADRO piece is printed one at a time when you order it, so we inspect every return before issuing a refund.

Size exchanges and change of mind

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
One size exchange per order.
No restocking fee — once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund the full garment price or ship the new size.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your piece arrives with a printing defect, damage, or isn't what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full — including shipping — at no cost to you. Send a photo of the issue to hello@kuadro-studio.com within 30 days of delivery. You won't need to send the piece back unless we ask.

Where returns go

We'll email you the return address once your return is approved. Please don't ship anything without contacting us first — unapproved packages can't be processed.
